I've had the privilege of getting to sit and learn from Trent on a weekly basis over a period of time. His ability to lead people into clarity through the questions he asks is outstanding. Whenever I'm in need of direction for my business and/or when I find myself at the crossroads of a major business decision, Trent is always one of the first consultants I think to call on. I could confidently speak on behalf of a few small business owners - who I have personally known - when I say he has been instrumental in the growth of our businesses. He played a key role in my first hire last year which to this day has been bearing tons of fruit. He's also respected and regarded in his community as a man of character with clear values.
