        Friendly and courteous. They all seem to work well with each other- and together helping with my concerns. I have not accepted an annuity yet however, they have been very explanatory- taking the time to break things down for me. They were able to correct a very complicated situation I was in with multiple SURS agencies, and I appreciate all of their help and guidance.
