Hands down the best Pharmacy and Staff ever not to mention they have the cutest variety of gift shop items, home decor and just about anything you would ever need!

This place has really gone down hill my dads wife tonya pannell had her prescription delivered for the 2nd time after her ankle surgery and they not only forgot one of her meds but when they brought it back it was the entirely wrong medication that was months before so the lady was looking at the wrong dates of medication or something!! Could have been dangerous.. then the last delivery they also forgot 2 of the medication again and when they brought them back one was missing still she called Haley that works there and inquired about the mix up the lady informed her no mix up she can't and won't fill her script again until like 2 weeks from now when it clearly states that it actually should have been filled 2 days prior it was an entire headache having to contact her dr. Wait for a response just to tramsfer to a new pharmacy in which by the way had no issues refilling the medication hayley at byrd Watson claimed that she couldn't fill it ..ironic. Every encounter with this pharmacy has been an awful experience and so stressful for my dad and his wife especially at their age and health issues. My grandmother margie diehl had used this pharmacy since they opened before she passed and it was great, unsure of whats going on there but you may want to get your business in order before you loose anymore customers. Good luck!
