        Little bitty bottle of worthless shamoo! I had a adjoining room with some starngers who were blasting music and thier tv! For a $178.00 is horrible! Will never be back! They also tried to open the adjoining door! Worst place I've ever stayed in! 4:00 am and the noise continues! Management did nothing about it! To top it off breakfast is cold! Adjoining room's alarm went off for over a half hour! Finally left!

      I would like to apologize as this is not the properties award winning experience we are know for providing! I would like to discuss this further but, I have no course of action for contact since your name is "Try again". My team is well versed in handling these situations as sometimes in the hospitality industry we have inconsiderate guests, they would have removed. Just for your piece of mind all rooms with pass through doors have a two door system with a deadbolt on both sides preventing anyone from entering your room. We were sold out on your stay date to prevent this issue again you made request a non adjoining room location at any brand. If you would like to discuss this matter further please call 618-918-2559 ask request Megan the GM.

      Dear John, this is not the normal experience of our property I do apologies that you experienced noise during your visit. My award winning team is trained on how to handle complaints of this type. Should you return we will make sure your room placement is located on top floor.
