I called to order birthday flowers for a friends 95th birthday. The woman on the phone rudely asked when her birthday was. I said her birthday is Sunday and I know this is mothers day weekend so they can be delivered anytime. She said I cant do that. I asked for Monday after Mothers day she said she would ask. Her tone was very rude the entire time. She came back and told me she could not help me at all. I said when can you deliver flowers. She said, we cant. I read the reviews saying that this floral shop was rude but thought if I was very nice they would be as well, they were not. I am a retired floral designer from a large floral shop in Houston, Texas, I understand how busy mothers day is. There was no reason for the rudeness. I suppose when you are the only floral shop in town you can be rude and refuse business at a whim. I spent my $150.00 on something other than flowers. No wonder the Floral business is dying with people like this. I hope when their floral business closes due to lack of business they will become happier nicer people. I doubt it.

Funeral flowers for my mother's service were lovely, just as promised. Everything I have ever seen that they have done was superb.

Giving a generous one star. Would have given a zero if I could have. Ordered flowers for a funeral and they were not delivered. Went in to the florist the next day and asked and he said no they weren't delivered. Asked if we could have delivered today and he said no. Asked if we could just take with us and he said no. Said they didn't have anything standing in a full store. Asked about a refund and he said he would get around to it and didn't know when. Will never order from here again.
