We identified some issues with your vehicle that if addressed after we aligned your vehicle, would have caused you to get it re-aligned. By identifying those issues and providing you with a quote, that gave you the information to make your decision whether to get it repaired at this time. Perhaps we did not do a good job communicating that to you. We will be more aware of that in the future and certainly hope that you allow us another opportunity in the future.
