        I am not happy with this storsafe of Cary they keep raising the prices on me and I finally sold my trailer two day into the new month and no longer need my space they refuse to prorate the rent for me and they never return my calls. Stay away from this company

        I originally rented a unit at a different facility managed by the same people. That unit did not meet my standards at all. I asked for full refund and was given a full refund. I ended up renting a unit from a different location they had and Im very pleased. The managers have been very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. The new unit in crystal lake was just what I needed. Thanks for working with me on my situation I had .

        Good fast place to get storage. Not a horrible experience but I was given the run around by multiple employees on move in date and move out date. I told one employee Rufus that i moved out and sent the picture, but Michelle had no clue that happened. Seems like there was lack of communication between the employees but for the most part they were nice and an easy place to rent.
