*** Revised from below. They took care of the situation, and owned the problem, which is refreshing these days. I will go back and do recommend using them. Very disappointed with their service. The first time I used them they were great. This time they did not do as I asked, I said please cut it short a "puppy cut" just like last time, do you keep that info on file? I was told yes and they would be ready around 3pm. No call so I called them at 4pm and got their voicemail saying they close at 3pm. I called 2 more times - no answer. So I went there not knowing if they were even open. They were there and my dogs were not even ready. Then when they brought out at 5:30 you could not even tell they had a haircut. I confirmed the type of hair cut and when to pick them up twice and neither happened.

This place is by far the best! My husband and I just moved here and needed a groomer for our two Great Danes and English bulldog. Im so happy I was referred to Cary-Grove Grooming. They are the nicest ladies and were so great with our babies. They are very patient and loving with the animals. We wont take them anywhere else! Thank you ladies for making us feel so welcome to the neighborhood!
