Keith Kula has been taking care of my extended family's legal affairs for a long time now and was recommended to us by the family. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with him while purchasing our house. Our house purchase process was very stressful due to the opposing real estate lawyers not answering questions we had, and Keith regularly followed up with them until questions were clarified and we obtained what we wanted. I reached out to Keith Kula per recommendation of a friend, and I am really glad that I decided to use Keith's services. I needed his help in closing a real estate deal that had very tight deadlines. Keith was really helpful in explaining all the steps I had to take and he made sure that all documentation was submitted on time. Keith is very detail oriented, professional and he is clearly looking our for his clients. In our case, there was a problem that came up unexpectedly at the closing, and it could have had negative implications for me. Keith insisted that this problem be resolved before we proceed further. He followed through on this and made sure that everything was cleared, before we closed the deal.
