Nate was very professional, nice and easy to work with as well as responsive. He did a great job on my front yard trimming bushes and a tree. I loved the fact he followed up the next day to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. Customer service is very hard to find in our world right now and I greatly appreciate Nates follow up. I recently had the chance to get to work with one stop shop and more specifically with Nate. I would like to start off by saying that I have never met anybody more professional kind and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. Nate was able to answer all of my questions and got my jungle cleared up in no time. He was affordable and efficient which makes it that much more joyful writing this review. Nate and his crew are now our go to for everything from weekly maintenance to helping us rid our pesky weeds. If you are looking for your next company to help with your landscaping needs, look no further. Nate is your guy! You seriously will not be disappointed! NO MORE JUNGLE IN MY YARD! WOO!! Nate the owner of One Stop Shop, LC in Cary,IL. did an amazing job of turning my almost a jungle yard into a presentable one!! I forgot to take before photos. I'm sure he has some for his site. He personally worked hard on my yard. They did a thorough job! Better than I was expecting.Took over 4ish hours to complete. I'm so happy!! He made the whole process so comfortable and easy. He's a newer company and I can tell he's going to be around for a long time. Thank you for doing an amazing job!! One happy lady!! A lot of weight lifted off of my shoulders!! Now I can enjoy my yard guilt free.

We met with multiple landscape companies and ended up hiring Nate not only because of the price but because his awesome professional personality. Nate knew what he was going to do with our fence and sod and explained it in a manner that way he knew we understood. Nate was on time with his delivery of materials, got the work done in an excellent timely manner, his team left the site clean and looking great. Nate even asked to come back next week to make sure everything is looking good and progressing which goes a long way. We have gotten burned by contractors in the past but Nate is a top notch worker and business owner who cares about the quality of his work not just the quantity. If anyone is looking to hire a contracting company, definitely reach out to Nate...you will be 100% satisfied with his work, and his company.

I cannot say enough great things about One Stop Shop LC! From start to finish, on a intricate and complicated job, Nathan and his crew were professional, detail oriented and conscientious. We have a steep slope in our back yard I wanted to turn a corner into a Fairy Garden for our daughters. While we tried to do something with it ourselves over the years it just became this Humpty Dumpty of an area with rocks tumbling down. I interviewed 4 other landscape companies before finding One Stop Shop and no one wanted the job; particularly because it involved working around this beautiful peach tree we sculpted into the area and needed to carefully work around. Once I found One Stop Shop LC they took on the project with great enthusiasm and put my mind at ease that my dream was possible. I worked on a design with One Stop Shop LC that involved retaining walls, multi level patios and garden beds. Their team were mathematical geniuses when it came to determining the pitch and level for the space. Once the design was figured we received the quote that was extremely reasonable for the work and materials that needed to be done. Talk about efficiency . . . Nathan arrived with his crew and machinery that got this job done in about a day. These were the nicest, hardest working people. While some took care of edging and mulching the rest of our yard others were bringing this Fairy Garden to life. My daughters, husband and I watched from a distance and Nathan checked in with us, asking our opinion, and made small adjustments from our input along the way. Despite a storm and a few change requests Nathan, Amber and Team made it happen with positive attitudes and smiles. We could not be happier with the results and my daughters are busy placing their fairy houses in this now beautiful enchanted garden. What was once a safety hazard; we trusted One Stop Shop LC with creating a garden area on a sloped yard that is now worthy of an article in a garden magazine.
