Alexander PCs

Great PC (custom build). Was nervous about shipping but it arrived in perfect condition. Appreciate the extra cardboard they put inside the box for added protection. PC worked as soon as I turned it on. No bloatware - excellent! Small issue with secondary SSD not being detected but got a reply by email within 30 minutes and had it working straight after that. Customer service (and ease of ability to reach them) was awesome. There are some great boutique builders out there - Alexander PCs is unquestionably one of them (and the only one to offer a lifetime warranty on their builds, as far as I know) and I'm delighted I picked them. Will wear the free-t-shirt they include with pride!

Received my Auxilia on a Saturday, and my life will never be the same. The packaging was ridiculous... I didn't cradle my newborn with as much love and care as they did with my computer! HOW DARE THEY assemble my rig with as much attention to detail as that. Then to carefully place extra cords, instructions for a tutorial, and a TSHIRT?!? WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?!?!? This company has RUINED ME FROM EVER BUYING ANYWHERE ELSE. My standards are suddenly raised so exponentially high, I'm signing autographs in my driveway. Of course, the FedEx lady mumbled something about it being "required," but enough about her... I'm a CELEBRITY! THANK YOU, AlexanderPCs, for upgrading my gaming experience, and my life. I cannot say enough about good things about this experience! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!

The Assassin is just as advertised, a beast in a box. Beautifully built in all its simplicity (no RGB). Ive been playing and working on mine for about 3 months now and have no regrets. If you want to stay hidden in the shadows and hunt your small game pray with howitzer with a suppressor this is pc for you.

I haven't had a proper gaming PC before. Did a lot of research about where I should get one. Hopefully one day I will be able to learn to build them. But I want to say that TJ you and your crew are awesome. I didn't realize when I ordered it that you would be the one to build it but I guess I just got lucky. Watching and interacting with you over the livestream was fun and a blast. I love this machine and the entire experience I had getting it.

By far the best retail experience I have ever had. Customer service is incredible, product is great and the shipping is next level. In my purchase experience, I was able to get my computer delivered 23 1/2 hours after I placed my order! The amount of care taken into protecting my pc while it ship was greatly appreciated. Overall, I cannot speak anymore highly of this company. I was referred to this company by a friend and I can see why they were so adamant on me choosing this company. I have, and will continue to, recommend AlexanderPCs to anyone I know looking for a new PC!
