Loft Hotel

Rented both lofts, and both were so comfortable. Slept great. Very helpful people. Good food and shops within walking distance. Very safe location. I wasn't expecting it to be as great as it was for being a small hidden town. Deffinatly would stay again and highly recommend. It's better than any standard hotel. Love the decor of home town comfort.

This place is very cute. Love the size super spacious. Im all about preservation and absolutely love the exposed original flooring. This place is a 5 star in my book. We were very well content and appreciate the class and style of the accommodations provided. Rooms: The two bedrooms while they may share walls are insanely quiet. Did hear the person we often travel with who has a very bad snoring problem that could shake walls. Not in this place, super sturdy and quiet for my partner and I to snuggle. Safety: The building is super safe. Police department just across the way. They patrol round the clock no doubt they keeping you safe in this lovely town. Walkability: On the City square in the heart of downtown. Plenty of restaurants within the 1 block radius. Grocery store access two walking blocks just on the opposite corner of the square. Ice Cream shop on one corner, coffee on another. Cant go wrong with the ease of access. Noteworthy details: Well if you get a ticket, which I highly doubt you will but conveniently the courthouse is just across the street. :-) Carrollton Police are very pleasant even when you may or may not get pulled over. Thanks you to the boys and girls in blue.

Stayed at the Farmhouse Loft on August 5-7, 2022, for a family wedding at the nearby Walnut Hall Estate. This was a perfect location for us to rest and prepare, with a place that felt like we were at home. There's a full (and roomy) kitchen area to prep a meal or make coffee in the morning, and a comfortable living room to relax in. You're right on the square in Carrollton, allowing walking distance to a nearby coffee shop, pizza and Mexican restaurants, or a nearby gas stations. Beds were comfortable and the place is well cared for. The loft owners were extremely gracious and responsive with communication. This is a MUST GET, if possible, if you're an out of town guest attending a wedding at Walnut Hall, as you're only a two-minute drive to the venue. We'd definitely stay here again!
