        Has raised the rent by $200 every year since they took over the property; they also charge ~100$ in extra fees ontop of the ludicrously high rent, and despite people moving out on a regular basis, the parking lots are filled to the brim. Do not rent here, there is literally a complex across the street charging 300$ less for rent for the same amount of space. This company is as scummy as they come.

        I do not recommend living in this place at all. I have reported for more than half a year that my door handle broke and they only say if we will send someone yes and yes and yes and they have been saying for 6 months if there was too much snow they have not salted the roads to be able to walk they are horrible they don't clean

        Do not move here! I moved here because it was affordable and I wanted to save money for a house. Not worth it. Apartments are old, no AC, you cannot control the heat and they make it very difficult for you to pay your rent. There used to be a cleaning crew but not anymore. Hallways have trash in them and the garbage overflows often. They only allow you to pay online and there is a fee for that. Then, if LIFE happens and God forbid you are late, they won't take the payment online. You have to go through the inconvenience of getting a money order or cashier's check and take it to the office. This place is horrible. It was better before Bender Companies took over. They are slum lords. They won't update Apartments for current tenants. Only new ones. I can't WAIT to move from this Godforsaken hell hole. KURT BENDER, you should be ashamed but hey, guess this is Capitalist America for you. Please do not move here if you have any reasonable expectation of good living.
