        They towed my car at my apartment complex building when I had my sticker in the window clearly. They refused to give me my car until I paid when they wrongly fully towed it. This place needs to be shut down & have there license taken away. They are scamming people out of money. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional.

        We had a horrible experience with them recently where they Wrongly towed my husbands car at our apartment complex. They said there was no sticker in the car which was incorrect because he did have one. We have been living there for 5 years and one morning they just towed the car. Also the pictures that they took of the car before they towed it CLEARLY SHOWS THE STICKER IN THE WINDOW. Even after we told them that, they refused to give us the car and they kept giving us so many excuses. They wrongly towed the car and they still wanted us to pay to get the car back. The lady we talked to on the phone was extremely rude and didnt want to hear anything that we said. There are many cars that park in our lot on the weekend who dont even live there but yet they want to tow the ONE car that actually has a sticker and they live there. After reading some reviews it looks like they have towed many cars from apartment complex buildings for no reason. This place needs to be shut down!! They are just scamming people out of money and a horrible establishment. I am honestly thinking of suing. There license needs to be taken away.

        The BIGGEST scam to ever exist!!!! They towed my car when I had the permit on my windshield. The lady was terribly rude and didnt want to listen to a word I had to say. They refused to release my car and wanted me to pay for having my sticker. They dont admit that they were wrong. And this has happened to many other people that live here.

        This review is specifically for their driver Joe. He was kind and helpful. I appreciated his kindness during a terrible time for me. Of course having to go the company after a terrible accident was not fun or a good time. Joe, however took the time, was patient, and a calm presence. Hes good people.
