Awesome products, new business owner in March 2022. Initial order of 12 bags. Business picking up so needed to purchase additional products. We use the Jumbo pizza bags with all our large deliveries. Here's our secret, we pop the steam vents on our pizza boxes, pile in the 8 - 10 pizzas and leave the bag unzipped an inch. The pizza's are piping hot on delivery and no steam!!! Extra great with our award winning Chicago Deep Dish pizzas. Our drivers love the jumbo bags for our catering orders. They have easily delivered 200 pizzas using the jumbo delivery bags. The bags are secure, they don't tip over. Also, the bags are very durable and last for years and years. The catering bags are great for three full size deep pans. They keep pasta and wings piping hot and salads nice and cold. Purchase the bags and you'll have happy customers. Pam

Worst company Ive ever done business with, took a month to receive my order, of course it was wrong and not the described items they advertise , they dont respond to emails , wont return phone calls, dont respond on their chat site, website says ships today, it doesnt ship today, lie to you and say your order has shipped and when you contact FedEx and FedEx tells you shipper hasnt requested us to pickup up yet! Theyll create a shipping label for tracking and wont ship it! Horrible experience and received a sub par pizza delivery bag. Steer clear of this joke of a business. Google needs a 0 star button for companies like this! They got $275 from me, and will never get another penny. Stick with Bag Solutions pizza delivery jacket way better product and customer service. I hope this helps someone deciding to order or not.

I ordered almost 20 bags in January. I received the order last week, a month later. That isn't the big issue. When I received the order, half the order was wrong. They sent me the wrong size bags. When I reached out to talk to someone, they offered me ONE free bag the next time I order. The size bag I ordered is what I needed for my restaurant. To offer me one free bag for the 8 that were wrong is ridiculous. I talked to someone on Friday and they told me they'd reach out... it's Tuesday and I had to contact them to get told that they are waiting on shipping to get back to them.. Not sure what shipping has to do with correcting the mistakes that were made. I'm not sure if I will use them again. Very unprofessional, and to only offer one free bag is unacceptable.
