Whoever I spoke to regarding a debit on my account for close to 1400.00 that I did not authorize. I called within minutes of seeing it. All I kept being told was being processed. Do you have to wait till it posts its being processed you have to wait till I post days and days of people telling me that until finally I spoke to somebody on Tuesday that told me this couldnt be handled the same day it happened if they wouldve told you to apply for a virtual wallet account instead of the kind of account you have you couldve rejected it that same day instead I had to wait overdraft overdraft overdraft kept coming Im crying I cant get my money back. Its finally posted now. I have to wait two months to see if if I get my money back which I probably wont it couldve all been taken care of the same day instead people at that bank do not know their job, and it cost me over $6000 at that bank in two weeks I will be taking my account elsewhere they did not offered to do a thing for me. They paid my overdraft fees but if it wasnt for them I would not be out over $6000 and they did not offer to do anything about it.

Its not the tellers fault for the run around ive been getting from PNC. Their ridiculous policies are making me question their professionalism. Save yourself the trouble. I will happily be doing business elsewhere.
