The schedulers are incompetent - every time we asked a question, the employee seemed unsure about her answer. She didnt tell us that there are separate locations for lab work and for the PCP appointment. She also didnt mention that its a walk-in appointment for labs and told my husband he had to come in at 3 pm for his appt. After his physical, the doctor told him he had to go to the location across the street for the blood work and when he got there, it was closed. He fasted until 3:30 pm for nothing. Doctor was great but the scheduling staff sucks!

My doctor is great. The customer service is horrible. Rude and hangs up on patients. They refuse to help in any other way. They will hang up if you try to explain your situation. Called 4x, got hung up on 4x. Someone needs to re evaluate who they have working because this is not ok when someone is trying to get help for their health. Absolutely the worst service and care.

if you go to this location you will be waiting an hour in the waiting room even if you have an appointment. once in room you will wait another 15-20 min for doctor. oh  the front desk person is never at desk if you have a early appointment. I had to wait in line until a Cna came to the front and told me someone would call me to register me. ten min after my appointment time I get called to register, then waited another 45 min in waiting room. if you don't have enough staff don't over book and make patients unhappy.
