The Service is Great. The staff always asking if youre okay, do you need water, and make sure you are comfortable. They all are super nice, friendly, and welcoming. Also, you dont have to worry about sitting all day getting your hair braided, they are fast. I will be coming here again. I love my hair

If I could give this place a zero for my hair I would..first Binta had 2 ladies twisting my hair..I went in for kinky twist.. I've been getting my hair twisted for years with natural kinky hair..I told the ladies to put bigger parts in the back and the front smaller parts. Because my hair is thin on the top and with smaller it makes it look fuller.. they made all the parts small.. and the twist pencil thin. Binta had them take it down... and do bigger twist..I don't know what type of hair she uses.. but that hair is so heavy it looks old and itched so bad. They put enough hair in my head that can do three heads of hair.I had to take it out..I asked for a partial refund but of course she wouldn't. 200 down the drain.. PLEASE BEFORE SHE GET STARTED ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE HAIR...AND DO NOT LET THOSE 2 LADIES DO YOUR HAIR. I'M ASSUMING THEY'RE TRAINING. OR SIMPLY GO TO ANOTHER SHOP! GIGI HAIR BRAIDING IN SCHAUMBURG .. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
