        Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Joshua Anderson, the therapist I met with is very knowledgeable. He provided an effective treatment to address my needs. Still working on it and already seeing progress.

        Kaitlyn the receptionist is very friendly & prompt. However thats where my good experience ends as I had to call & ask a question about my upcoming appointment that was to be a 4 hour time slot. I spoke with Josh about my MRI results & if I should continue with this appointment or wait until after my consult with Ortho, since surgery was mentioned by my nurse. Josh became very irritated & started telling me that by me not being able to attend my appt was a huge inconvenience to them as they had to block off 4 hours just for me. Then proceeded to tell me not to bother coming back to them, to find somewhere else to go! Now all I did was ask if I should keep this appt due to my results of MRI! I was absolutely taken back by his rudeness. I have notified the VA about this & pray they don't send any other vets to this location. I apologized for being an "inconvenience" to them.

      Hello and thank you for your review. We reached out to our local leadership to understand what transpired here a little more. It seems there is some confusion regarding the scope of your appointment and what our functional capacity testing capabilities are. For the type of testing you're looking for, another provider would be more appropriate as our testing purpose is to see what individuals can do as they prepare to either return to work following injury.
