The staff and Tammy are professional and attentive to detail . They know the difference between true , caring service focused on a positive outcome and/vs just getting a potential or current client hooked on the next set of charges . Finally , they are very busy (great sign) , absolutely multi task; in such a way that I have always known I was a priority, even when I used not to be the best of a client - stubborn , not appreciative, demanding etc. - but never once did I hear a negative comment. Its outstanding understanding and effective service . Please give them an honest look - the premiums are better than most and/or beat coverage limits, deductibles, out of pocket, discounts etc, that have ALWAYS out-quoted Progressive, The General, and such , which I consider very dangerous companies as there are always fine print and loopholes and they apply instance increases by 30% on the very next quote period even if you have no changes to policy nor driving history .
