All I wanted was a half dozen roses in 2 colors. They are open at 10 on Sunday and I showed up just before 11. Realistically it should have been really easy and simple to get but it was one of the worst experiences I've had with both florists and schnucks employees. Within 2 minutes of showing up, I asked for help and someone was paged over the intercom, but I sat and waited for over 15 minutes with no show. Throughout this time the customer service desk was also deserted and no other employees were in sight. Eventually, I was able to find someone at the customer service desk who then informed me that there was nobody working (even though I had been previously told that there was and they had been "paged") and she didn't understand what I wanted. The prices are also ridiculous, it would have been cheaper and faster and easier to grab premade packages and throw away 2/3 of them that I didn't need than to sit and wait for nearly half an hour and ended up not even getting what I wanted.
