My mom has been waiting for this appointment for months.... MONTHS!!! and she went today only for them to tell her that they can't help her because they're leaving and have known they were leaving for a while. Absolutely ridiculous!!! My mom has suffered in pain since February and was in the ER in April. She's 76 and she's in pain everyday and it's so bad that she cries and I HATE SEEING MY MOM CRY!! I am mad as hell! Y'all could of told her y'all were leaving before this appointment so she could of sought out another doctor instead of making her drive all the way to herrin to waste gas to be told y'all couldn't help her everyone told her this was the doctor to have to do her back. Thanks Thanks a whole lot for absolutely nothing

Dr Jones has been treating my 25 year old daughter since she was 19 for Degenerative Disc Disease and had 1 ruptured disc in her lower back. Dr Jones did an amazing job fixing her herniated disc. She went home same day per her request and he okd it since her surgery and Recovery Room experience went so well. Also Im an RN and was caring for her at home. She was up and about decent enough to go outside within a week. She is seeing him and his Remarkable NP Angela Arnold again. Shes been having a lot of pain again and we are presenting working with them again to figure out this problem. She will never be free from the DDD as it is a type of arthritis that eats away your joints in your back. Id feel good no matter what Dr Jeff Jones would require and perform any more surgeries. I pray to GOD that she be healed without anymore surgeries. And that she could achieve being free!!!!!
