Terrible experience. My husband came in for an ear infection and the doctor (Dr Sammy) barely spoke a word and ended up prescribing 4 things. 2 of which are antibiotics. When we went to Walmart to pick up the medication they said she had prescribed one of the antibiotics for too high of a dosage and spent over an hour trying to contact her with no success and for us to try to contact her. The other antibiotic wasnt covered by insurance, but they told her they had one exactly like it but different brand that was covered, but she said to just cancel it instead. They advised us to try to convince her to let him get the other brand one. So we called Dr Sammy and got hung up on 3 times. Finally 4th try worked and she fixed the dosage on the first antibiotic, but when we told her about the other brand antibiotic, she said that the pharmacist lied and didnt actually tell her that they had it even tho we were standing right there and saw her tell her. Finally after spending 2 hours at the Walmart pharmacy we got the medication. And while they were filling the antibiotics she had cancelled the prescription for ibuprofen that we had already picked up. Needless to say the entire pharmacy advised to not go back and that its been nothing but a headache and to tell them what clinic it is so they can make sure not to go there as to not go through the same thing we just spent hours dealing with. Thank you to the Walmart pharmacy staff for being extremely patient and putting forth so much effort to try and get it sorted out correctly. The clinic staff at the window was very nice and professional, but Dr Sammy is a NO. Doesnt seem like she knows what shes doing. May have a goodwill degree.

I've been a patient of the endocrinology dept ( In back to the right) for 6 years. My diabetes is taken care of by these Drs. It's been a good trip each time Dr. Lawler us a fine physician , and has led me down a path of better and better health. Her advice has ALWAYS been fruitful and good.. And I trust my Dr. 100%

This place is just horrible. I have been wanting an IUD for the past month. They said that they were going to get me in on the 2nd and called the day before to tell me that it wasnt here and we rescheduled for the next week. Again the next week they called the day before and said that they didnt have it. So we rescheduled for the 23rd. I called on the 22nd to ask if they had it and i was good for the appointment and they said yes. I dont know if they gave my IUD to someone else but they called literally an hour and a half before my appointment was to tell me that they still dont have my IUD. I am about done with this place. However, I dont have health insurance at the moment so it is the only place that can provide(or not provide) an IUD for free. They are supposed to call me back when they get it in, we shall see.
