        may be a good dentist but never got a chance to find out office staff is horrendous. Not only didn't get our appt in correctly and said we didn't have 1, she told us we had already been there and then proceeded to argue with us when we told her we hadn't as if we didn't know. Had never been there it was first appt by the way and now off to somewhere else cause not going through that again!

        My first time at the dentist in several years, due to fear of injections. I had an awesome experience with Dr. Jenny and her hygenist. They are so caring and compassionate for their patients. From now on, this is the only dentist I will go to. They made me feel very comfortable.

        Booked appt months prior and on the day of the appt they cancelled on us. What a waste of time. My daughter badly needed the appt. The person answered my call was very rude and showed no care to patients. Other thing is if you end up being a no show or did not notify them at least 24 hrs b4 your appt you have to pay $100, late still has a fee because their time is precious but if they cancel on you its fine because patients time is nothing. Im glad i didnt end up with this clinic. Horrible staff, worst service.

        Unfortunately, my hygienist is very ill and unable to work today. We offered to reschedule your daughter, but you became angry with my office manager and stated to cancel your appointments. We respect our patient's time and are very sorry we had to cancel today's visit. However, we do not deserve your negative review. I am a small private practice, with a small staff...not a large clinic.
