I just moved into UV and I absolutely love it!! Toni is the best and is always open to talk if I have any issues!! So thankful for UV 10/10 recommend!

I have lived at UV for almost 2 years now, and I can truthfully say that I have never had a better renting experience. Toni is absolutely phenomenal, as well as the other office staff. Our maintenance guys are stellar and they can fix quite literally anything. Everyone that keeps UV up and running are all so kind and helpful in every single situation. If I have an issue, it gets fixed almost immediately. If I have questions, they are always answered. UV also hosts many activities for their tenants for the holidays, which is unique to the other apartment complexes in Carbondale. Their rental prices are very reasonable when you see the apartment you will be getting! UV truly values its residents, and my experience is testimony of the kindness that they have shown me. If you get the chance to rent at UV, you'd be crazy not to do it!

I absolutely love living here! All the workers are so sweet! I have loved getting closer to Toni, she does what she needs to do and I love her! Anytime I have a maintenance request it is fixed asap! Love the apartments in general and the dog park is so handy! Ive loved all my neighbors and would recommend living here to anybody!
