Today I was refused service with no explanation as to why even after I asked. I typically have a great experience and genially enjoy visiting with the staff. Unfortunately today that was not the case. To add insult to injury the staff member whom treated me so poorly was training a new hire! It was unnecessary, incompetent and unprofessional. Not a good way to represent a company. After registering my complaint with management I was never apologized for how I was treated And never given an explanation for refusal of service. I was told I had to call back Tuesday for a follow up. I’m bothered with how I was treated and the way management handled my complaint.
