        Good people living in the complex BUT my door got KICKED IN and the issue was brought to Kathy by the RIC Sheriffs Office and all she did was ban the wrong party off of the property, mind you the guy that did it was/might still be running around her complex(& my door is still broken 5 days later). BE CAREFUL, Kathy is money hungry & self centered and doesn't care about the people living in the apartments, only that she gets all the money she can from them. Shes rude and quite frankly it seems as though she doesnt understand people have REAL LIFE PROBLEMS. She has absolutely no care for the people living here unless they've been here for a while or have money. I recommend you DO NOT waste your money here unless you have a lot of it

        This place used to be a good place to call home. Since they started accepting section 8. It's gone down hill people playing loud music all the time racing in and out of parking lot even though kids are around. No Respect at all for any one else. It's sad since I have been here for some time now. It used to be a nice quiet place but not any more. Great for college kids.

        The property manager Kathy is very wonderful. I was a BUG through pretty much the entire moving process but she was very kind, & professional with me the entire time. She made everything very easy & clear. I felt very welcomed!
