        I can not say enough amazing things about my experience that i had today. When i walked in those doors i was terrified that we would be turned away and left back to square one. The lovely ladies at world finance were not going to let that happen and went above and beyond to help us get something figured out. I left crying but crying tears of joy because if it wasnt for these amazing women i could have lost my home . Thank you for your amazing service and overall just being amazing people!

        Even though I make my payment on time each month, Ill get an email or message saying I havent, like its almost trying to trick me into making a second payment. Ive had to call their customer service team directly to confirm payments were processed. And of course the site/new system are to blame.
