        Ordered a custom tarp for my v bottom Lowe. They told me this was a Lowe product and it will be the same or about the same that came with the boat. My original tarp had extra padding on the corners as well as a heavy duty ratchet strap system to keep the tarp tight, that they insisted this tarp would have. I paid $400+ and recieved a tarp that didnt come close to what I had. The new tarp has a tiny little rope to pull around the boat to somehow keep the tarp tight and the stitching wont last a trip up to Canada. I will never take my boat to this business again nor order anything from them. Definitely after this was their error and they are telling me its a custom tarp and they will not give me my money back. A Walmart tarp is twice the quality. Run far away from this establishment. Follow up: Went to put the tarp on and it isnt even the correct tarp. This is a custom tarp so shouldnt matter when I take it out of the box. This isnt even for a Lowe boat! Ordered a sea nymph cover instead of Lowe! Foot short. Have done thousands in business with this place on motor repair as well as family members. So instead of making it right and saving business they decided to do nothing. Just like everywhere else these days.zero customer service. Myself and the family members wont be back. Unfortunate they couldnt do simple math.

      Kyle,I am sorry that you feel that way. When you placed the order we used this company because they were making Lowe boat covers for the factory at the time your boat was built. They have all the Lowe boat specs to make a cover that fits you model and year of boat. The boat cover fits Lowe boats from 1996-2004 model year. The company will warranty the cover for any stitching issue, I would suggest you take the trip to Canada and at least see if you have any issues. I did make a call to Dowco and they will not refund since this is a special order cover. I am again sorry you feel this way but the offer still stands that I will try and sell the cover for you. Because I don't have boats from the 1996-2004 model year I can not take a special order cover back. We do try our best to help. Tad
