We engaged Steve and Teresa for a full gut rehab. We removed half of the existing home, dug a basement under the existing house, added a third floor and bumped out the back of the house. Needless to say a lot of work. Steve was involved in every step. He met with the architect with us at every meeting. His input was invaluable. The quality was unmatched compared to other builders we interviewed. Steve took the time to explain to us where we should spend our money, and where we should look to save money. Once the project was completed Steve said to us something small is always going to pop up, dont ever hesitate to give me call. Teresas expertise allowed us to design a kitchen that was larger and much more functional than we ever imagined. Could not recommend strongly enough!! Steve and Teresa were great to work with on the total renovation of our house. Steve has great vision and helped us make some difficult decisions. I highly recommend Biron Homes to anyone that is looking to build new, renovate or do any type of remodeling work. I cannot say enough about the quality workmanship and professionalism of Biron Homes.

Biron Homes took our simple single story bungalow, gutted it and added a second story and turned it into a beautiful two story masterpiece. The quality was great but the helpful advice along the way was invaluable. Drawings and ideas don't always tell the whole story.
