        I went for my eye exam, purchased glasses and shades. I received both pair within 2 weeks. My eyeglasses were too to weak and I would go in there to let them know. They kept brushing me off. I ended up going to Vision Works for another eye exam, and sure enough prescription reading was way off. I will never go to JC Penny optical yes they are horrible 🤦🏾‍♀️

        The medicine in my glasses works... but it isn't my prescription. Just called, no answer. The representive there wasn't helpful at all. When she gave me the glasses and I told her they weren't comfortable she didn't know what to recommend. So I told her I'll try them for a day. It's been 24hrs and I'm going to have to take them back. Headache.
