    The care givers didn't show up just as often as they did. They were supposed to be there 4 times a week to help my Dad. At least twice a week, they wouldn't show up or call off after they were already supposed to be there. Dad would call the office, and they would apologize and say we'll call you back. Most of the time, they didn't. There was never a replacement sent that day, which was no help. The reason I gave them 2 stars is that when they did show up, they did a decent job.

    I have had many of jobs n my time and never wanted to be there they never made me feel ok I want to be here for the long haul I been with Divine since 2019 Keisha is my Supervisor theirs nothing that u can't call her for and she not make it happen I feel if she had on 2 shirts she will give u both of them if u needed it she's very good at what she do and will go to bat for her workers Divine is a home away from home let me not forget Mr Debo he got your back also

    My name is Maria Wilkes I called the office to inform them and my clients that my car was down that I couldnt make it today or tomorrow, I even offered to take the bus but my clients informed me that It was to cold and they would wait until I return. I called the office and asked who my supervisor was so that I could let them know what my clients said. I was told thats not important. The manager I spoke to informed me that, the agency would gonna find a replacement for my clients for those days now they telling me if they send a replacement to my clients thats gonna be the new caregiver for my clients how is that fair when my clients dont want nobody else but me? My clients stated that their willing to wait, my clients also called me and sent messages to me stating that the agency is trying to force a worker in their home. They took all of my clients from me completely. However I was told Im getting written up because I questioned this how is that right playing with my livelihood is not ok, I cant voice my concerns, I cant find out reasons why? Ive been with this agency for almost a year, Ive never had any issues or disrespected anyone that works there and for me to have gotten treated this way is not ok. Its so negative and hostile all the time. I have messages from my client that I attached as well. I spoke to Ms. Anderson she stated to me that the agency told her to not answer my calls or text. Wow what type of company would do that. All the clients you all give me I go, I work over and beyond for my clients because you all want to make a dollar youre trying to force caregivers on my clients. In the last few months No one has came out to see my clients and check on them the last person was Ms. Jean. Who mysteriously disappeared and when they call they try to put words in the clients mouth to turn them against you. Im very hurt by the way I was treated, even with the online training we werent informed or showed how to do it ahead of time it was just pushed in our messages to complete 23 trainings in within 1-2 weeks with no knowledge if it wasnt completed we were told our clients would be placed on hold, how does this help the client. Taking away their help. This company had made a drastic change I use to be able to call in the before 9am to speak to someone or weekends if I had issue now its a voice mail we cant reach anyone. We work holidays no extra pay, if the clock in system is down they make me come and get a time sheet and then tell me payroll is complete I cant get paid. Ive been out in situations where my client was out or called the agency to cancel her service that day no would would let me know and I wasted my time and gas.
