The receptionists are very unpleasant and I mean both of them. How they communicate patients is unacceptable. I had a recent appointment and when I arrived she pointed at the clip board like she was incapable of speaking and simply asking me to complete a form. They dont allow parents to be present during dental screening due to covid. However, I need to advocate for my child. Upon requesting an appointment I explained my daughter was due for a cleaning and she also had a molar that was coming in the back of her mouth that bothering her. When she went to be cleaned the tooth that was bothering her wasnt checked at all. They cleaned her teeth and released her without any communication with the parent. I had to explain over again that she had a tooth bothering her and she had to be seen again. Furthermore, Dr. Yu talk to patients like theyre incompetent. Thats not how you treat patients thats keeping you in business. The only pleasant person that works there is the dental assistant. Ill be finding care elsewhere for my family. Ill no longer continue patronizing a bunch of rude staff. The first few visit I gave them a pass because everyone has bad days but this is the norm for them. Fyi you received two star because I really like the dental assistant.

We had an appointment @ 11:30 and we were not seen until 1:25. That's 2 hours much to long for a nine year old just there for a cleaning. Looking for another dentist.... They had the nerves to put a customer that came in after us in front of us and the clerk had an attitude and closed the door in my face when she called my granddaughter in, only later to apologize....The dentist actually spent 3 minutes cleaning her teach....the clerk even said, "Did she get her teeth cleaned yet"! Therefore, all I can do is write a review and hopefully find a dentist that doesn't treat his customers this way. After being called she was in the chair for 20 minutes including the X-rays. We have been coming here for years, why this treatment?

Excellent work. Dr. David Yu has been my dentist since 2002, always great work. I love My Dentist.

Receptionist was awesome and so were the assistants. Very friendly. The doctor was quick and also nice. My teeth haven't felt this nice in awhile. The office was tidy and comfortable. Definitely would recommend!
