        Came here to get a silk press. I just washed my hair and my hair is heat damaged all over. I have to now restart my hair journey.

        Please please please do not book an appointment at this JCPenney salon. I booked with Dominque for a simple shape up to my already styled hair .. no curls, nothing extra just a shape up. She jacked my head up so bad, gave me a bald fade when I NEVER ASKED FOR THAT I WAS HORRIFIED please dont support this JCPenney salon SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN HONEST she lied and said she specializes in cuts its absolutely no way in hell she has any experience in any hair stying at all now I need 6 months to grow it back deserves 0 stars
