From the first time I came in with my wife to look at the Unit I was Discouraged I thought we were going to get Turned around But The Nice Women And the Office Did their JobBy doing everything professionally and respectfully got approved everything came New And we are Greatful We Respect the No smoking policy on the premises which helps keep down the wrong people so its understandableits all about Structure and being Safe and Respecting where we lay our Head And I am Humbly Thankful

This place is run by crooks who steal your information after you've provided them with everything they need including birth certificates, copy of federally issued I.D.'s, social security cards and six months bank statements to start bogus loans in your name after your app is denied for any reason they can find. WATCH OUT FOR SANDRIDGE THAT WILL TAKE YOUR $50 application fee knowing that Sandridge is going to find a reason to deny your app even though your credit report will not show that Sandridge ever even actually checked your credit report. Somehow Sandridge has access to your credit history without detection.

The attitude of the office personnel is what I first noticed. My brother told me when he went to get an application and find out how the process went he was treated in a dismissive way. It's as if they view you as less than if you don't look a certain way. They don't make the process simple as it should be. They can easily obtain credit reports for a fraction of the fee they charge. I know several people and families that have and currently reside there. The property has always been well maintained, the apartments are a decent size, but not all are equally updated. The row houses the 2 I've personally seen a small but again well maintained. Attitude is everything. And I've always been taught be careful how you treat people because you'll never know when you'll meet again. Maybe it's you or a loved one that will be on the other side of that desk.

The management was so nice to me. My electric car didn't have enough power to leave the lot. The leasing agent and maintenance crew went over and beyond to help me. Great team here at Sandridge. Thanks so much.
