        What started off as a referral- turned into +10 years of successful filings, both business and personal. Their team works with me through the process; and worksheets help guide me through what supporting documents are needed. Very organized.

        I have been a client of Mr Bults now for over 5 years. There is not one complaint I have. His fees are more then fare. Never had issues with returns or giving him additional tax info late which I forgot. He replies back same day via phone or email. His assistants know the answers to your questions. I dont know what more you can ask for.

        Beware. Find someone else. If they mess up when filing your taxes it is your problem not theirs. When you go to them for guidance regarding how to resolve their mistake and the response of a link to the IRS FAQs and the words good luck is as professional as they get it is clear they are terrible with servicing their customers.

      Nicole, back in July you stated you were going to simply issue a stop payment to fully resolve the issue. Since we do not have the bank authorization to do it for you, I replied good luck & gave you a link to some additional information I thought you might find useful. That was about 8 months ago so, I assumed the issue was resolved. As you know, we stand behind our work and appreciate our clients. As such, I would still be happy to discuss what we can to do to remedy any inconveniences you incurred.
