You may wait awhile for it but the work is unlike any other. He does a beautiful job and wants to make sure the family is happy with it and knows what they are getting.

The headstone we ordered for our mother looks completely off-center and looks like it was carved first and then cut off on one side to make room for the flower vase we had ordered. We are quite unhappy with it but the only way to fix it is to replace it entirely. We all think it looks very shoddy. We paid $1500.00 for this. How very disappointing! Update: 5/5/22. If this wonderful man said he refunded one cent to me, he is lying thru his teeth as is anyone else who says so. All I want is for him to provide what we paid him for, not that mismatched misaligned piece of rubble he left on my mother's grave. The photo speaks for itself. My feedback stands.

This company was great to work with. They were attentive and talked to our family several times to make sure the order was correct. They did exactly as asked and the monument looks great. One of our family members was not 100% happy so he came back out to add another piece to the monument. They do all they can to make everyone happy. I would use them again.

This Monument was supposed to have a centered design on Grey granite.  Without our knowledge or consent, they changed it to an 'offset' design on a crooked pink granite which they set on a Grey base.  It looks unbalanced and patchwork and they are unwilling to replace or refund.  Avoid this company.

Our mother died of CoVid 19 in July 2021. In Sept. my brother, sister and I traveled to Cairo, IL to find this place which we had seen listed on the internet. We discussed a design, paid for it and waited for it to be delivered which it was just before Xmas 2021. In April 2022, my sister visited the gravesite and sent photos of mother's headstone to my brother and I. We both immediately agreed that we did not like what we saw. Mother's headstone was supposed to be a gray granite slanting stone with her name, dob and dod centered on the stone. Free-floating on the left was to be a dove flying heavenward. Free-floating and level with the dove on the left was to be her photo on the right of her name, etc. Centered beneath her name was to be the phrase "Walking With The Lord". What we got was a PINK granite slanting stone that was cut crooked, set on a gray granite base with the design elements all shoved over to the right side. Mother's photo which was an oval was set right on top of the letter box containing her name, dob & dod so that it looks like an egg about to roll off a table top. The border on the right was only about half the width of the border on the left and the phrase that should have been centered under the box with her name ended about 2" short of the right side of the box. The whole thing looks haphazard, unbalanced and patchwork. I cannot believe any of this could have been unintentional. The changes were made without our knowledge or consent. Mr. Bell 'claims' he made the design offset and put it on pink granite out of the 'generosity of his heart'. This is not a job ANY professional should ever let leave his shop as it labels him not only unprofessional and unartistic but also untrustworthy and dishonest. Steer clear of this business.
