D Love's Property Management

These people are running a SCAM and they are very GHETTO. This is from MY personal experience. they require you to pay them $50 cash only exact amount to even view the home. (No you dont get the money back after you view the home).. it makes 0 sense. Why are potential tenants responsible for paying your for employees time? Thats what an hourly wage/salary is for!! I tried to FaceTime my sister to get her opinion of the house the lady showing the house (which she was super unprofessional, she was dressed like she was going to happy hour) said Oh no we dont allow that or photos. If she wants to see it she can view it online.. I respected it & ended the call. (Very weird but okay). Their homes dont come with any appliances you have to provide the appliances. The application fee is $50 so while you there you might as well apply with the $50 you paid to view the mf with. I applied, the lady who showed me the unit said itll take 24-48 hours to hear something back (which is normal when applying for a rental home) make sure you are checking your email..which is typical. I applied on a Friday she did let me know I probably wont hear anything until Wednesday of the following week. I called the following week on a Thursday or Friday the lady became argumentative & belligerent saying the person who showed you the property wouldnt say that maam I have no reason to lie about what yall employee told me & Im surely not going back and forth about it.Typically once a home has been applied for, its taken off the market. NO D-Loves is greedy. They will continue to take applications & viewings of the home until whoever applied application gets approved first. I have called TWICE about a update about my application there has been no updates but the home has been REPOSTED multiple times on different platforms by the company. They stated it takes 14 days to get approved or denied. I saw the home I applied for being reposted 20 hours ago which prompted me to call this morning. The lady who answered said I dont see any update with your application call back around 3pm Why does it take 14 days to approve or deny? I dont truly believe they have tenants I honestly believe they are running a SCAM I definitely withdrew my application & requested my personal information be safely erased. Too many red flags, every-time I called it was something new being told, the staff is rude, their process is dumb & a waste. Please do not waste your time or money Idgaf if it is $50 or $5. RUN!
