My wife and I recently hired A Smarter Home to install several security cameras, a smart lock, and a home security system. The owner helped us pick out the appropriate equipment a few weeks prior to our scheduled installation date. When the time came to install, he spent 3 hours at our house and did not leave until he was certain that we understood everything. Upon his departure, all of our equipment was working and integrated with our existing smart devices; it was seamless. This is our second time doing business with A Smarter Home, and I certainly wont go elsewhere. Thanks for all the help, Tim!

I am so grateful to A Smarter Home for installing a smart lock at my home. After numerous times of leaving home without grabbing my house key and finding myself locked out, its so reassuring to know that I will never have to navigate that forgetfulness or uncertainty again thanks to my Nest x Yale smart lock. As an added benefit, I can safely distribute codes to dog walkers and delivery services individuals and get notified upon their usage. I shouldve had A Smarter Home install this lock years ago!

Tim was an amazing help to me making frequent smart home purchases and assists with install. He is going to listen to your needs and match you to a product. I could not believe the number of products that exist in this area. Everyone has a need that smarter home can solve.

My parents are older and really wanted a few smart updates at their home. Tim was super responsive and helpful in providing an overview of the products that would work best for their lifestyle and was patient in answering all of our questions. They have been happy with the Nest Doorbell that was installed and even have fun with it when they get videos of their visitors.

Tim has helped us twice with our Nest Hello doorbell camera. We'd been having issues with it on and off since we first purchased it. He helped to identify the problem (turns out our camera was defective), got us on the phone with Nest to get the replacement sent. He showed us how to install the new camera on our own, but when we still had issues, he came back out to help us get the camera working. Highly recommend Tim. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and we had a MUCH better experience with him than the St. Louis Smart Home company that offers similar services.
