Mike, my contact at Chicago Shadeworks, has provided great recommendations for product selection. In addition, he has provided great service. We needed an adjustment to a shade in our Summer home and he made the trip to do the adjustment. In the case of a shade in our permanent residence, a new part was needed. It was a small item and he probably could have just shipped the part to us and let us install it. He recommended that he come back to do it. We have made a significant investment in our shades and I appreciate Mike's service orientation.

After getting the usual three estimates, we ultimately chose Mike due to his attention to detail, technical knowledge of the installation process, and reassuring recommendations.
Many of the other firms sent over designers for quotes, and we'd have to hope there weren't issues when the installers showed up later, so it was reassuring to know we were working with the installer from the get-go.

Mike Iversen did a great job and I had the electric operated shades put in my condo. Two different degrees of pervious shades on glass floor to ceiling sliding doors - really attractive.

We had Mike install commercial shades in our classrooms at One River School in Evanston. It was life-changing for our student experience as we have large windows that let in a lot of light and heat while the sun sets. Mike was professional, fairly priced and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Chicago Shadeworks to everyone! They took the time to understand our needs, make thoughtful suggestions, and were great at communicating through the entire process. It was a *****FIVE STAR all around great experience.

Mike is my go to window covering guy! Ive had him install shutters at two different houses and they all end up looking perfect for a great price! Mike is nice, punctual and easy to work with.
