manager Kevin refused to open a business checking account with no reason (just because he didnt like me i guess ) such a stupid situation. another manager in another location did it

I know everyone is just trying to do their jobs...BUT This location is horrible, I stop there at least twice a week for work deposits through the drive thru. Three times in the last 6 months I was sent back someone else's money and ID!!!!  how irresponsible, I could have easily drove off without batting an eye. That's not the type of person I am, but still. For being so crowded and busy, they need more staff that pays better attention. No excuse, your dealing with peoples money here. Not to mention one of their two ATM's are always broken and the drive thru wait time is no less than 15 minutes just to make a deposit. Ugh I can go on and on. No longer going to use this branch.

I really don't recommend this branch. They got about 6 bankers sitting down there don't do anything and they tell you we don't have enough saff. Plus you will meet them again shopping at the mall next to their place. Lazy people

The staff are so inefficient that they do not help the Clients because they do not do their job properly, they waste your time as if you were taking over the time of them who are just sitting there being stupid
