Insure With US

Cory gave out inaccurate information to a customer. We called the insurance company directly and was told that our agent misinformed us. When Cory was presented with that information, he immediately became combative and said "well maybe if you wouldn't have gone around me, I would have helped you." And then proceeded to call a customer ignorant because he was called out for his horrible and inaccurate "information" given by his office. You do not need an agent to get insurance - and if you do, definitely do not use this guy. He doesn't know what he's doing and when he gets called out on it, he gets MAD. This guy and his attitude is like an entitled college frat boy who gets into drunken bar fights. AVOID!

Cory has been our broker for the last 5 years. We should have written this review sooner. Our business is consistently needing new certificates of insurance for different townships and customers. I am so confident in Cory that I will sometimes just wait 5-10 minutes while waiting at a permit counter. Surety bonds, certificates, and updates to your policy are all done in a timely manner. Cory even responds on weekends and late nights to ensure my questions are answered quickly. I would recommend Cory to anyone starting a business. I have had zero issues with their team.
