        Had my car towed there for an appraisal as it inoperable, asked them to call me, they just went ahead and started doing work to it without my consent. They wouldnt answer my calls, kept ignoring me while keeping my car. Very unprofessional. Never showed me the estimates, forced me to sign a work order and than they didnt want to work on the car. The car had engine, transmission, and awd issues. They only wanted to repair the rear and there were far more issues with the car.The excuse was aftermarket parts. They forced me to pick up and the drive the car home even though it is unsafe to drive Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim
