        My mothers pipes bursted right before the holidays. It was a disaster. Kurt Vanselow and his crew came in and took care of her and her disaster. He did a great job of communicating step by step and made sure that the job was done correctly and that she was being treated fairly by the insurance company. Usually in a situation where I would micro manage for her, I felt more than comfortable and trusted Kurt completely. I would recommend him and his team to anyone and use him again in a heartbeat.

        Kurt Vanselow came out within the hour after calling him to assess the damages from pipes bursting in my kitchen. I am so grateful to him as I was clueless and upset. He got a clean up crew in immediately and guided me with the insurance process and kept me posted as to what was happening next. I highly recommend his services which were outstanding.
