I have worked with many therapists and personal trainers in my time who deserve 5 stars in how they go about their work and being prepared, professional, in dealing with their patients, clients, etc. If I can give 6 stars to someone, Dr. Christopher Childers, would be that someone.
I am wrapping up my 3rd time working with Chris next week and tears are coming down my cheeks as I write this. He will tell you that it is because he pushed me harder today; he knows what I need to improve, and he listens to me when I talk, and have fun and trash talk to push him also. Today, I talked to him about a new concern, and he immediately knew what would help me as I approach my "graduation".
Chris is the best of the best in his work, but I know where to find him for future needs. He IS terrific at what he does in a high quality IBJI office in Buffalo Grove.
