Steve is a fantastic realtor. The things I admire most about Steve is his candidness and honesty. He took the time to find a home for my family which took several months. Over that time we got to know each other and I consider Steve a great guy. He has his clients interest at heart and will do his best to meet their needs. He goes above and beyond. Steve Goodman is the best! He found us our first home during the pandemic and we wouldnt have done without him. He is very professional, thoughtful, patient, smart and answers all your questions. He listens to what you need/want and never rushes you to make a decision on a house. He is very honest about the houses we went to see with him (which is A LOT!) and will always guide you to do the right thing. He values money and makes sure you put the right amount to get the best deal. It was especially difficult for us during the pandemic when peoples offers were way beyond the asking price. He always had our best interest in his heart and made sure we put in a reasonable price for the home. He made sure the subsequent process before closing was smooth and was always there when we had questions! Even after we closed, he had several contacts to help us. Being a first time home owner is very challenging and his contacts were surely helpful. I would highly recommend Steve!
