Hello, I was quite unimpressed with the customer service I received from the Supposed USA distributor for Clarius, Kim Antol with Sigma Digital X-Ray. They had a free 1-2 week trial that I was wanting to utilize. I went through the forms and received the machine promptly. I took several days and I went through the training too. I tried it for 1 week and did not find it to be that much better than what I had. So I wanted to return it. I called Mr. Antol about the return. Initially, he tried to talk me into keeping the machine but my mind was set. He started to become a little less nice. Said that the trial is only for 1 week and that he was not sure if he can cancel the activation. But he is going to try to find out from Clarius. Clarius was able to cancel the activation. So I asked for the return label. Again he continued to talk me into keeping the machine but I did not want to. He said that Clarius made a mistake and did not turn some features that makes it much better. (but would not extend my trial). Now comes the surprise. He said that he will refund me the cost of the Machine BUT I would have to ship it to them on my expense and insured at $4900. Also he had incurred some cost with the Credit card company and the shipping which will not be refunded. SO the free trial was to cost me about $300. I called Clarius Health directly and they confirmed with me that if I was to trial through them and return it, it would not cost me anything. I brought that to Kim's attention but his mind was set and he was not going to budge. So please be careful when you deal with them.
