I would love to give 0 stars, if possible. I'm not sure where to start. From the lack of professionalism (dogs barking and babies crying on different calls), to being given the run-around, to never being called back and given the same EXCUSES. Excuses and half hearted apologies don't help pay bills, Sedgwick. sandra soto, the 'case manager,' had confirmed 2 weeks ago, that she had all the appropriate paperwork that she needed to move forward with the claim. When she finally did call, after avoiding my calls, she had accomplished nothing and had no new news. If didn't know better, I would have believed that this place was being run out of a basement or garage. Sad, is the first thought that comes to mind when thinking of Sedgwick. I would write more, but Sedgwick doesn't get to steal any more of my time.

Was in a car accident with an AMAZON delivery truck which was the drivers fault ( she openly admitted it). They told me in scene Amazon will take care of everything. Fast forward almost 2 months now and theres NO resolution. Ive called EVERYDAY fir the past week and keep getting told that the person I need to speak to is unavailable and will have to call me back, which they have yet to do.
