        You know what's great? When I swing by Starbucks on the way home after a day that much needs improving. I get my favorite drink - it's still too hot to drink, especially while driving so I head home. I get home, take a nice big swig of my now-drinkable latte, and my whole mouth is filled with the aftertaste of spoiled milk. I wasted $6 to drink more spoiled milk than I have ever in my life and if I want the money back I'd have to go drive back and add a bunch of awkward complaining to a day I'd rather be over. I'd lose more than $6 of time going back. Everyone makes mistakes, I'm usually understanding, but for a multitude of reasons I'm left feeling like they've failed something intrinsic to the point of the entire establishment. Thanks for nothing.
