        Incredible, hassle-free place to live. Property Manager & staff keep the building clean & in good repair throughout all the seasons. Quiet & respectful residents. Enjoyable location with walking paths through prairie, forest & along river. Its a privilege to live at 301 Riverwalk Place!

        Fantastic place to live. And the Property Manager is awesome. My wife and I were waiting for an Uber ride to the airport and the driver refused to take us because we had two large suitcases. Darcie Tapper, the Property Manager dropped what she was doing and took us to the airport. If it wasnt for her kindness we would have missed our flight. Thanks Darcie!

        Best apartment complex in the North Shore. Lived here in 2 bedroom apartment for 5 years before moving to a house. Had a lovely unit on the 2nd floor with big patio with view to the forest preserve walking path (which could not be a more glorious respite). Spacious and luxurious accommodations with indoor parking, in-unit washer/dryer, elevators and good security. Lovely amenities such as workout room and party room that you can reserve for free for parties/meetings and more. Packages brought to your door. Ample parking for guests. Storage locker in garage. Can't be beat proximity to gas station, grocery, Starbucks and more. Are you into fitness? ... check out a membership at Sky Fitness just down the street, it is incredible. Management, Darcie, is wonderful, always goes above and beyond - offered to feed our goldfish while we were on vacation (!) and always promptly addressed any maintenance requests. Darcie treats her tenants like family and communicates non-intrusively but effectively. She deals with any issues with class and good judgement. Property is pristine! I love my new home but I miss 301 Riverwalk! If you can nab an apartment here, DO IT!

        I miss living there already and its only been 1 mth. Would not have moved except I needed to relocate. Great apt mgr, who actually lives on the property. That says it all. Very few if any maintenance needs. Communication is outstanding and location/setting ideal. Someday I may get to return.
